Starting a New Journey for Social Impact

·

We are proud to announce the official incorporation of Asociación Europea Equalis, a new non-profit organisation based in Alicante, Spain, dedicated to promoting positive social, civic, cultural, and environmental change through education, cooperation, and community engagement.

Equalis was founded by three friends from different professional fields but with the same vision for a more inclusive, sustainable, and socially engaged Europe. The founders come from backgrounds in the creative sector, international policy and European cooperation, and inclusive education. Despite their different experiences, they share the belief that education remains one of the main pillars for long-term improvement in society and one of the strongest tools for positive transformation.

The organisation was created in response to growing social and environmental challenges affecting communities across Europe. Equalis aims to support initiatives that encourage civic participation, equal opportunities, sustainability, intercultural dialogue, social inclusion, and active engagement in community life. The organisation believes that stronger communities are built when people have access to learning, participation, and meaningful opportunities to contribute to society.

Environmental sustainability and climate responsibility are also central to the organisation’s mission. Equalis supports projects and activities that promote greener practices, environmental awareness, responsible cultural initiatives, and sustainable community development. The organisation believes that social progress and environmental responsibility must go hand in hand.

As a newly established organisation, Asociación Europea Equalis looks forward to building partnerships across Europe and contributing to programmes such as Erasmus+, CERV, and other European initiatives that support education, participation, sustainability, and cooperation.

We believe that positive change begins with education, participation, and people working together to improve their communities.
