Violeta Paskaleva
Founder / President
She is the President of Asociación Europea Equalis, supporting the organisation’s strategic development, international cooperation and implementation of European educational and inclusion initiatives. She brings experience in organisational coordination, project implementation and working with diverse participant groups, with a strong focus on accessibility, equal participation and inclusive learning.
Sasha Hristova
FOUNDER / BOARD MEMBER / FACILITATOR
She is an
experienced SENCo and senior education professional, she brings extensive expertise
in inclusive methodologies, safeguarding, and the design of individualised support
approaches.
She is responsible for embedding inclusive practices across all project phases,
advising partners on adapting learning and creative activities, and establishing effective
support frameworks for participants, particularly those at risk of exclusion.
Fidan Hajiyeva
LECTURER
Quantitative researcher and lecturer with experience in market research, survey analysis, and experimental
design. Skilled in statistical interpretation, analytical reporting, and transforming complex data into
actionable insights. Experienced working in multicultural and research-driven environments, with strong
communication and problem-solving abilities.
